In his current role, Ketan has the full responsibility for leading the company through a strategic transformation by driving innovation and accelerates its operational excellence that delivers best-in-class customer service and making CASHe India's largest digital lending company for the salaried millennials. Due to his management and leadership skills, CASHe won the twin recognition — 'India's Best Places to Work in the BFSI sector' and 'India Best Workplaces for Women' — from the Best Place to Work Institute. One of his recent accolades also includes winning the CEO of the Year at the Asia Leadership Awards 2019.

Before joining CASHe, Ketan served Kotak Mahindra Bank for over 18 years where he had an illustrious career heading some of its key portfolios ranging from private banking and most recently, headed its Composite Business Solutions and E-commerce vertical.
