Can't Lick This. Wrights Plastics FSDU is a sweet sensation

WEST BROMWICH, U.K. - Feb. 11, 2020 - PRLog -- The initial concept not only reflected Juicy Drop Pop's quirky pack design but supported Bazooka Candy Brands "edible entertainment" philosophy with its funky features and clever engaging design.

With 50 years POS retail display expertise, material credibility and a dedicated CAD team Wrights Plastics were able to turn their concept into a practical reality.

The production process showcased many of the plastic fabricators' core skills and used some of the cutting-edge equipment acquired as part of an ongoing investment programme.  The manufacturing processes included vacuum forming, line bending, laser cutting and drape moulding. All manufacturing was carried out at their 46,000 sq foot manufacturing base and then stored in their 9,000sq ft warehouse until required.

Keeping all processes in-house reduced the carbon footprint of the project – as well as delivering cost and project management benefits for the client.
