PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. - Feb. 11, 2020 - PRLog -- The Academic Esports Conference & Expo (AECE),  a forward-thinking event for K-12 and higher education academic, technology, development and athletic leaders in search of  the tools and structure needed to launch and advance esports programs to transform learning for all students, announced today the North America Scholastic Esports Federation (NASEF) as an official partner. NASEF will host immersive and interactive sessions throughout the conference, being held October 19 – 21, 2020 at the Hilton Chicago, to assist educators and leaders seeking strategies for engaging students and expanding their esports program.

NASEF's sessions will focus on guiding school leaders pursuing ways for connecting with the modern student, boosting student participation on campus and igniting a whole new culture for their institutions. NASEF provides opportunities for students at all levels of education to use esports as a platform to gain critical communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills needed to succeed in work and life. Their sessions at AECE will not only help educators explore starting an esports program but will also offer advanced guidance on how to enhance student engagement by leveraging both academics and the latest technology.

"We are incredibly excited and honored to be working with NASEF as a program partner on our inaugural Academic Esports Conference and Expo," said Chris Burt, Conference Chair. "NASEF is a pioneer in scholastic esports, having developed tools ranging from afterschool programs to state-approved, esports-centric ELA curriculum. Educators and institutions looking to dive into the esports industry are going to be amazed by the breadth of insight and research NASEF's leaders will be sharing at the conference."

"NASEF is proud to be a part of the very first Academic Esports Conference and Expo," said Tom Turner, Chief Education Officer, NASEF. "Educators are hungry for programs like ours that leverage scholastic esports to teach career and life skills across all areas of the esports ecosystem. We are excited to bring our collective knowledge of esports to educators and leaders attending the event."

AECE will bring together a unique mix of education, technology and video gaming experts for in-depth learning sessions, hands-on training and networking with peers and exhibitors. The Expo Hall will showcase top esports solution providers and allow attendees to get hands-on and in-depth experience with the technologies and services available.

Registration will open February 12, 2020. For more information, visit www.AcademicEsportsConference.com.
