Garden City Realty recognizes its 2019 Agents of the Year

GARDEN CITY, S.C. - Feb. 10, 2020 - PRLog -- Lee Hewitt, Broker-in-Charge of Garden City Realty, Inc., is pleased to announce Drew Dellinger was named Garden City Realty's 2019 Top Producer of the Year, Selling Agent of the Year, and Listing Agent of the Year. He was also recognized for Top Selling Transactions of the Year, Top Listing Transactions of the Year, and overall Top Total Transactions of the Year. Additionally, he and Brian White share the award for Top Leading Real Estate Companies of the World Outgoing Transactions of the Year. June Hiller was named the company's top CRM Selling Agent of the Year, Top Total CRM Transactions of the Year, and shares the Top CRM Listing Agent of the Year award with Douglas Morris. Hiller was also recognized for Top Leading RE Incoming Transactions of the Year and is the company's number one agent for Most Referrals to its Vacation Rental Program.

The Coastal Carolinas Association of REALTORS ranks Dellinger within the top one percent of total MLS sales volume for the entire Grand Strand market in 2019, as well as the number one ranked agent in MLS in the Garden City Beach and Murrells Inlet areas. As Garden City Realty's number one producer of the year, Dellinger finished the year with more than 21 Million in sales and 60 total transactions. He is the top Listing Agent for April, August, September, November, and the second, third, and fourth quarters of 2019. He is also the top Selling Agent for March, April, June, July, November, and December as well as the second, third, and fourth quarters.

The Coastal Carolinas Association of REALTORS ranks White within the top 23 percent of total MLS sales volume in 2019. White finished the year with more than 2.5 Million in sales.

The Coastal Carolinas Association of REALTORS ranks Hiller within the top 12 percent of total MLS sales volume in 2019. Hiller finished the year with more than 5.6 Million in sales. She is the office's top Selling Agent for May as well as the top Listing Agent for July.

The Coastal Carolinas Association of REALTORS ranks Morris within the top nine percent of total MLS sales volume in 2019. Morris finished the year with more than seven million in sales. He is the office's top Listing Agent for October.
