Under the contract, Premier will service 24 pools throughout Camp Pendleton, 29 Palms and Coleville, California.
This adds to the 22 other contracts Premier Aquatics has secured -- with communities and organizations like Aliso Viejo, Mission Viejo and Rancho Santa Margarita and Saddleback College -- since the business was started by Dan Berzansky in 2011. The new contract brings Premier's reach to more than 75 facilities and counting. What began as a one-man operation built on Berzansky's years of coaching, teaching and American Red Cross instructor experience has blossomed into a corporation with more than 400 employees during peak seasons.
"We are thrilled to bring our passion for creating a safer experience in and around the water to the families who sacrifice so much for our country," said Berzansky, who is also a director for Stop Drowning Now and the 2020 vice chair of the Orange County Drowning Prevention Alliance.
Along with the Lincoln Military Housing contract, Premier Aquatics is also constructing the Premier Swim Academy (https://nam10.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?
"I am so proud of all of the hard work our team has put in to set the standard for service in both the lifeguarding and learn-to-swim world," Berzansky said. "We are so fortunate to be able to do what we love and impact so many people. Most of all, we are proud of the lives we have touched; the lives we have saved, and we are excited for what is around the next bend."
