Nepal Bags Guinness World Record For The Highest Altitude Fashion Show On Land

KATHMANDU, Nepal - Feb. 4, 2020 - PRLog -- Nepal is proud to make a history by organizing " The Mount Everest Fashion Runway " as it holds another Guinness World Record for The Highest Altitude Fashion Show on Land ever. The show was held at 5340m (17515 ft.) at Kala Patthar, Nepal and was organized out by RB Diamonds, KASA Style in support of Nepal Tourism Board and Visit Nepal 2020 Campaign. The show had members from models from different parts of the world including Nepal, Finland, Italy, Sri Lanka and Singapore.

The primary objective of holding the fashion show in the most elevated height was to bring issues to light about environmental change and furthermore, to give the message to the World that Nepal is the destination for all activities. This occasion is one of the first highlight event of Visit Nepal 2020 Campaign.

The designs and the materials used during the event were all organic, natural and all Nepali product offerings from KASA. The garments line was made of Nepali Pashmina, Felt and Yak Wool perfect for winter wear.
