David Cass Honored with the "Top 100 Leaders in Education" Award at GFEL, Dubai 2019

DUBAI, UAE - Feb. 3, 2020 - PRLog -- David Cass was conferred with the "Top 100 Leaders in Education" award for her significant contributions towards the field of education at GFEL, held at Dubai on December 16-18, 2019.

David Cass is the Director of Education and Executive Development at Maastricht School of Management (MSM). He is an expert in teaching and conducting agile planning, negotiation, leadership in change, and strategy development, which he brings from the Aerospace and Logistic sectors. A former diplomat, he also brings significant experience of public policy formulation. At MSM, he is responsible for the delivery of all MBA and a Masters in Management programs and the Executive Business Short Course portfolio. An advocate of empowering people, he has worked worldwide, focusing on creating and improving performance, capacity development, and executive mentoring. He particularly enjoys running on-site company training where his years of experience at C-suite level, coupled with focused experiential learning, have been so successful in assisting change or team development across all organizational levels.

On asking what he is taking from GFEL, Mr. Cass replied, " Mostly I am here to see the new techniques of teaching but also to see about building new partnerships we teach at the postgraduate level business for MBAs and Masters of management. What I am trying to do is build partnerships particularly with engineering universities because we are already a partner of choice for many universities in engineering, so their students can leverage the technical skills they have with the business and soft skills we give them a competitive thinking and make their idea into something that can start a business. "
