Regent Surgical Health Adds Business Development VP
Seasoned Sales Leader Joins Regent Team to Support 2020 Growth Goals
"We're thrilled to welcome Brad Pollard to the Regent team," says Thomas Crossen, Regent Surgical Health Chief Development Officer. "Brad's experience with both ASC partnerships and medical devices, and especially devices for orthopedic and spine procedures, will be extremely valuable as Regent continues to grow with the rapidly advancing shift of total joint replacement procedures from hospitals to the outpatient setting. With a proven track record in sales leadership, he'll be a key player supporting our growth objectives in 2020."
Pollard was most recently Regional Sales Manager at Nuvectra, a Texas-based start-up company in the Neuromodulation space. He joined Nuvectra following a four-year stint as Regional Vice President – Development at United Surgical Partners International, where he led development and overall growth strategy in the company's Houston market – 24 ASCs and hospitals. Previously, Pollard spent eight years at Boston Scientific Neuromodulation as Houston-based Regional Sales Manager, responsible for the sale of its spinal cord stimulator system to neurosurgeons, orthopedic spine surgeons, and interventional pain specialists.
"Regent is an outstanding company, led by even better people that understand the significance of creating long-term partnerships with physicians and hospital partners alike," Pollard says. "I am delighted to be part of a company of innovators that will ultimately lead to continued growth and success in ASC joint ventures."
Pollard earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from Texas Tech University.
