Tanya is a FocalPoint Certified Business Coach and trainer with expertise in accounting, finance, general management and operations. She gained her experience in a variety of organizations ranging from large publicly traded companies to entrepreneurial ventures.

Using over 20 years of business experience, Tanya educates, empowers and motivates CEOs and small business owners to successfully overcome challenges to ensure organizational and financial stability and growth. This creates more time for her clients to live and enjoy their lives to the fullest!

Tanya is no stranger to enhancing stability and growth in an organization. Most recently she was the CFO of the Miami Children's Museum where she spent five and a half years as a strategic business advisor to the CEO, overseeing the institution's growth from $7 million to $10 million in revenue and doubling cash reserves.

Tanya holds a BBA in Accounting from Howard University School of Business where she graduated summa cum laude and class salutatorian. She earned an MBA in General Management from Harvard Business School and also holds a CPA license.

Tanya has always been committed to servant leadership, volunteering her time with organizations such as Chapman Partnership, Big Brothers/Big Sisters and her local church, among others.
