Ogden Family Foundation Gears Up For Their 6th Annual Celebrity Bowl & Golf Event

HENDERSON, Nev. - Jan. 27, 2020 - PRLog -- The Ogden Family Foundation is proud to announce their 6^th Annual Ogden Celebrity Bowl & Golf Charity Event. This is their signature fundraiser supporting their mission to unite communities and promote healthy lifestyles for Las Vegas youth and families. Co-Founders, NFL Hall of Famer Jonathan Ogden and his wife, Kema Ogden, gather Celebrities, Athletes and Entertainers for this 2-day event to raise money to support the underserved population in our community.

Proceeds from these events will support the Ogden Family Foundation's programs: Ogden Club, Kids Care Club, F.I.T. (For a Fighting Chance) and other outreach programs, such as the Adopt a Family event. These programs help build and strengthen a multitude of educational, nutritional, social and physical abilities for youth and families in the community- skills that the Foundation knows are required for success and wellness. Additionally, the funds raised will build programming and supportive services for the Foundation's partnership with Community Outreach Medical Center (www.nvcomc.org).

Community Outreach Medical Center, a non-profit community clinic, provides medical services that includes prenatal care for teenagers and women; an extensive HIV/AIDS program; cancer screenings; family planning services and male heath services.

Fun-filled activities begin with a Celebrity bowling tournament Sunday, April 26th, at Red Rock VIP Bowling Suites followed by an exclusive golf tournament at Siena Golf Club on Monday, April 27^th, 2020.

Celebrities will be in attendance as a highlight of the 2-day event. Some names that have been invited this year are: actor/comedians Anthony Anderson and George Lopez; former MLB star Jason Giambi; former NBA players Bryon Scott and CJ Watson; Basketball Wives' star Cece Gutierrez; former NFL players Warren Sapp, Fred 'The Hammer' Williamson, Jonathan Ogden and Freddie Mitchell and former NFL Coach Jim Fassel. This year local KSNV Channel 3 news anchors Dana and Kim Wagner and Lotus Broadcasting's JT the Brick and Steph MacKenzie will be hosting the events.
