Caffe Luna Rosa in Delray Beach to Host Pre-Valentine's Day Dinner for Lovers on February 12

 
DELRAY BEACH, Fla. - Jan. 24, 2020 - PRLog -- (Delray Beach, FL – January 23, 2020) Caffe Luna Rosa, Delray Beach's award-winning beachside restaurant, is giving an extra bump to everyone's favorite romantic holiday next month by offering a special 3-course Pre-Valentine's Day Dinner for Lovers on Wednesday, February 12.

"I tried to assemble a menu of some of our most popular dishes for our Pre-Valentine's Day Dinner," says Chef Ernesto DeBlasi. "This will also give our patrons and others in the restaurant business a chance to come out and celebrate before the big day."

The Pre-Valentine's Day Dinner for Lovers menu offers:

1st Course – Choice of Two

+ Cesare Salad – Romaine tossed with Caesar dressing, Parmigiano cheese and herb-seasoned croutons.

+ Luna Rosa Salad – Local arugula with fresh-squeezed citrus dressing, plum tomato and Parmigiano cheese.

+ Polpette di Carne – Two house-made meatballs with Burrata cheese and toasted crostini.

+ Eggplant Rollatini – Stuffed with organic spinach, four cheeses and San Marzano tomato sauce.

2nd Course – Choice of Two

+ Linguini with Clams – Littleneck and baby clams with grape tomatoes, garlic, olive oil and linguini pasta.

+ Rigatoni al Pomodoro – Rigatoni pasta tossed with San Marzano tomato sauce, toasted garlic and fresh basil.

+ Rigatoni Bolognese – Rigatoni pasta with slow-stewed grass-fed beef and San Marzano tomatoes.

+ Fusilli Shrimp Pesto Genovese – Fusilli pasta with gulf shrimp, fresh-made pesto, sun-dried tomatoes, and a touch of cream.

+ Vitello alla Parmigiano – Thinly pounded veal cutlets with San Marzano tomato sauce and Mozzarella cheese.

+ Pollo al Limone – Boneless breast of chicken with lemon/butter, asparagus and mashed potatoes.

+ Braised Angus Short Rib – Boneless, slow-cooked in a rich chianti demi glaze with mashed potatoes and asparagus.

+ Salmone in Padella – Pan-roasted fresh North Atlantic salmon served with sautéed vegetable rice and Hoisin glaze.

+ Snapper Francese – Local snapper filet (Francaise style) served with brown rice and seasonal vegetable.

3rd Course – Choice of One

+ Chocolate Chip Cannoli – Crispy Cannoli shell with creamy Ricotta filling.

+ New York Cheesecake – Served with fresh whipped cream and berries.

+ Chocolate Mousse Cake – Layered chocolate cake with raspberry sauce.

"Of course, while we offering this extraordinary Pre-Valentine's Day Dinner for Lovers on February 12, Caffe Luna Rosa will also be open for regular service two days later, so that couples of all ages and genders can actually celebrate twice," says restaurant partner Bonnie Beer.
