Indiana India Business Council Adds Holladay Properties Executive to Board

INDIANAPOLIS - Jan. 24, 2020 - PRLog -- The Indiana India Business Council (IIBC) selected David W. Holt, SVP-Development & Community Affairs for Holladay Properties, to its board of directors during its quarterly board meeting on Tues., Jan. 21. The IIBC is membership-based organization dedicated to strengthening business relations between Indiana and India.

Holladay Properties is a South Bend, Ind.-based commercial real estate development and property management firm with offices across the country. In his role at Holladay, Holt is responsible for the development of in the industrial portfolio for AmeriPlex and World Connect @ IND. He also manages government affairs, community relations and trade association activities for Holladay.

Holt's professional career has included service with Conexus Indiana and the Indiana Chamber of Commerce, as well as in Washington DC at the U.S. Department of Education, and as a Senior Legislative Aide to a U.S. Representative on Capitol Hill. Holt serves on numerous boards and advisory committees including the Builders Association of Greater Indianapolis; Greater Indianapolis Foreign Trade Zone Board 72, the Indiana Builders Association, the Indiana Chamber of Commerce, the Indiana Restaurant and Hospitality Association, and the Mid-State Corridor Coalition.
