Scalefusion Adds EVA Conference Call Support and Other Feature Enhancements

PUNE, India - Jan. 27, 2020 - PRLog -- Scalefusion has enhanced its very own Eva Communication Suite by adding some strong and capable functionalities. Eva is being extensively used by several of our customers and hence it is only fair to make this feature more powerful and relevant for enterprise use. In the following paragraphs, we are going to discuss those capabilities briefly to understand their enterprise benefits and use cases.

Eva Conference Call Support: This sim-based feature was introduced in an effort to simplify and streamline real-time team collaboration in a controlled and secured environment.

Corporate field force or the remote workers confront complex technical glitches that require more than two people to solve and evaluate with urgent attention. EVA Conference Call support proves to be of immense significance at these situations when device users need to collaborate with a team to evaluate and resolve critical device/technical/app-related issues and other concerns in real-time, in order to make informed decisions, within a controlled and secure network.

Apart from the Eva Conference Call support, Scalefusion has added the following functionalities,

• Manage chat messages: Eva Communication Suite now allows the device user to copy, edit and delete chat messages by long pressing on the message. This functionality can be enabled/disabled by the admin from the dashboard.

• Image sharing and voice messaging: Device users can now seamlessly share images as well as voice messages within the two-way chat functionality using the Eva app.

• Any file transfer functionality: To enhance seamless communication between employees and admins, Eva messenger can now be used to send or receive any files between device users and IT admin.

• Eva for BYOD: Eva Communication Suite is now available for Android BYOD users. It can also be availed by iOS BYOD users along with audio messaging functionality.

• Channel Management: The feature enables the IT admin to create closed or open/public channels for the device users/employees to use the functionality of group-chat for having specific team-centric discussions.
