Weber's Restaurant Announces New Pastry Chef
Weber's Restaurant announces the addition of new Pastry Chef, Jerald Alcenius to the Weber's family.

Jerald has extensive knowledge in bread making and classic French and Italian pastries. He also learned about the classic gelato and sorbet techniques for two years while working at Zingerman's Creamery in Ann Arbor. In 2006, he joined the Weber's team where he apprenticed under Marybeth King for 10 years.
"We're all so excited to have Jerald join our team again!" says, Michael Weber, Vice President. "We can't wait to see what the future has in store for him at our restaurant and hotel."
