Weber's Restaurant Announces New Pastry Chef

ANN ARBOR, Mich. - Jan. 15, 2020 - PRLog -- Weber's Restaurant hires new Pastry Chef Jerald Alcenius.

Jerald has extensive knowledge in bread making and classic French and Italian pastries. He also learned about the classic gelato and sorbet techniques for two years while working at Zingerman's Creamery in Ann Arbor. In 2006, he joined the Weber's team where he apprenticed under Marybeth King for 10 years.
