Interview with Robert Ledward - ** exclusive **

LONDON - Jan. 9, 2020 - PRLog -- On the sidelines of the self-esteem conference held in London, we were able to interview speaker and motivational expert Robert Ledward. Following is an excerpt from the interview.
Q: Robert, many people around the world follow you and always attend your conferences. What's your secret?
A: It's true. I'm noticing a growing interest in issues related to motivation and self-esteem. For years I've been telling my story and explaining my method for personal growth.
Q: Is it true that as a child you were very shy?
A: Yes, it's true. I was very shy and suffered quite a bit of social anxiety. This is exactly what prompted me to study psychology and to identify a method to overcome situations where lack of self-esteem is a problem.
Q: Do you think that self-confidence is determined at birth, or can it change and improve over the course of our lives?
A: Actually, there are genetic components that influence our personalities, but the good news is that our level of self-esteem is fully changeable! Nobody is condemned to a life of shyness. With a good program and some willpower we can all change, and I am living proof!
Q: What influence do you think modern society has on our youth and their self-esteem?
A: Environmental factors are another important component of our self-esteem. Society today can be held partly accountable for negatively impacting the confidence of young people. Think about the problem of unemployment, and you'll realize how true this is.
Q: In the last conference you presented your book, The Self Code. Can you tell us a little about it?
A: I decided to travel a little less and to write a little more. I want to try to help people both young and old who can't attend my conferences, and I want to make the content of my programs easier to use. That's why I wrote this book, which will be available in January 2020. The Self Code is a practical manual on self-esteem with a clear 5-week program during which you put into practice the techniques and advice I consider most effective to really change your life. You'll learn how to feel valued in the eyes of others, and most importantly, you'll understand your own self-worth.
Q: Thanks Robert, we'll definitely read it. We all need help to feel more confident.
