AUSTIN, Texas - Jan. 6, 2020 - PRLog -- Orange142 begins 2020 with two strategic hires for their sales and account services departments. Wesley Papini Rupar as Senior Digital Sales Manager based out of Dallas, Texas and Ben Hale as Senior Account Director based out of Nashville, Tennessee.

Rupar, a seasoned senior digital advertising and marketing sales professional, will utilize her vast knowledge of B2B and B2C digital media and audience refinement to consult prospective Orange142 partners on comprehensive digital advertising solutions across the US.

Rupar previously worked at MultiView Inc. as Senior Director of Media Sales where she built strong client relationships by creating successful digital campaigns and working with clients hands on throughout the entire process from digital strategy, campaign insights and brand evolution. Rupar brings 7 years of digital advertising experience with an extensive background in higher education and recruitment marketing. Rupar, with her experience, hands on approach, and the 20+ digital tactics Orange142 can deploy, will provide clients with the industry's leading digital solutions and service.

Hale, a veteran of the Advertising and Marketing industry, will leverage his Omni-channel experience in media, branding, messaging and marketing strategy to consult with existing and prospective Orange142 advertising partners on advanced audience targeting and comprehensive advertising solutions to enhance partnerships and create stronger ROI.

Hale previously worked with Bohan Advertising as an Account Director. During his 14-year career, he's built strong client and customer relationships to assist marketers by crafting marketing strategies inclusive of both traditional and digital solutions. His digital experience includes streaming digital radio advertising, retargeting, video advertising, native and more. Campaigns successfully ranged from creating or enhancing a brand's identity, to more granular direct response.
