Condon focuses her practice on commercial real estate law and has vast experience handling real estate leasing, sales, and acquisitions. In the area of real estate leasing, she represents tenants, owners, and developers in connection with office, commercial, retail, and industrial leases throughout the United States. She has been involved in hundreds of national lease transactions, representing both landlords and tenants, and has assisted several national and international clients with leasing their corporate headquarters. Additionally, Condon has extensive experience in structuring, negotiating, documenting and closing complex and varied real estate transactions, assisting clients in all aspects of the sale and purchase of commercial real estate. She also represents developers in the acquisition and development of commercial real estate and has drafted and negotiated the development and joint venture agreements for numerous matters. "The scope and complexity of real estate matters Day Pitney handles is impressive and widely recognized," Condon's professional affiliations include serving on the Board of Directors for the Connecticut & Suburban New York Chapter of the NAIOP – Commercial Real Estate Development Association. She also holds memberships with the American Bar Association Section of Real Property, Trust and Estate Law and the Connecticut Bar Association Real Property Section. In addition, she serves on the Board of Directors of the Stamford Partnership, the primary civic organization in Stamford. Condon regularly engages in pro bono work. She has represented Connecticut Legal Services, Inc., a non-profit legal aid organization that assists low-income residents, for all of its real estate needs for the past 15 years.
