Walk The Creek Arts + Entertainment District January 3

STUART, Fla. - Dec. 31, 2019 - PRLog -- Join The First Friday Creek Art Walk on Friday, January 3 from 5 to 8 pm in The Creek Arts + Entertainment District in Stuart.  The monthly cultural walking experience is free, requires no reservations or tickets.  Future dates are Feb. 7, March 6, April 3, May 1 and every first Friday thereafter.

The Creek Art Walk is a relaxed  way to explore the businesses in the newly expanded Community Redevelopment District and enjoy their open house hospitality.  Each participating business will host an artist, musician or performer.

This area is home to a lively music scene, arts related businesses,  restaurants, a crafted beer pub, an award-winning chocolate factory,  jewelry store, hot yoga, spa services, hair salons a coffee shop and much more.

Heading west, the area begins on the west side of the railroad tracks at Confusion Circle and continues along both sides of Colorado Avenue and surrounding side streets and ends at US One.

Two  special events are: the kick-off of a new mural at The Gilt Complex at 608 Colorado created by students from the Martin County and Jensen Beach High Schools and The Clark Advanced Learning Center and Stuart Art Supply at 43 SE Kindred will be celebrating their 7^th anniversary.

Parking in the area includes Kiwanis Park, 555 Colorado Place, Kindred Street and Colorado Avenue, Seacoast National Bank and on street parking. Visitors can also download the City of Stuart Tram app for routes and schedules.
