In support of Leading Women's continued growth, two new staff recently joined the team— Erin Defoyd, Director of Strategic Client Solutions and Diane Chaput, VP Communications & Engagement. Defoyd joins Leading Women after a successful career at Mercer as Engagement leader in their "When Women Thrive" practice, and will be working to support clients in identifying the best solutions to help them reach their gender diversity goals. Chaput, a former EVP at Kel & Partners, will take the lead in managing Leading Women's conference services efforts, as well as all speaking engagement arrangements.
