Brandon Honda Promotes Don Negri to Training Manager

TAMPA, Fla. - Dec. 11, 2019 - PRLog -- Sam Raabe is pleased to announce that Don Negri has been promoted to the new position of Training Manager at Brandon Honda, a Morgan Auto Group dealership.  He is responsible for all of Brandon Honda's new and refresher sales training and coaching programs to  convey the dealership's unique, customer-first culture that centers on exceptionally high morals, ethics and transparency standards expected of all employees.

His comprehensive, two-week initial training program for new hires is designed to develop and motivate every student to the point he or she can confidently step into the Brandon Honda showroom and successfully sell a car on their first day. He also follows up with the graduates as they gain experience and encounter real-life situations that may require additional support and guidance. He also teaches shorter, refresher courses to all sales personnel to help retain the dealership's spirit of teamwork and professionalism.

Negri holds a bachelor's degree in education and brings 18 years of auto dealership sales experience (10 at Brandon Honda) to the job. He was originally from Boston, MA where he was an educator in the Lynn Public School District before relocating to Florida in 2002.
