MENLO PARK, Calif. - Dec. 10, 2019 - PRLog -- Vitria Technology has named Chris Menier General Manager for Digital Transformation. In his new capacity, Menier will be responsible for helping enterprise customers and network service providers (NSPs) develop and rapidly execute effective business transformation initiatives by harnessing the capabilities of VIA -- Vitria's wide-scope AIOps platform -- and Vitria's Digital Operations Solutions platform.

Both platforms allow NSPs and enterprises to rapidly launch initiatives that leverage artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning to automate and continuously improve mission-critical operational processes that have an impact on the customer experience.
