The membership fee distribution is typically 80/20 with:
20% - Invested in BREIT shares
80% - Applied to their shared space.
Members can also be investors who do not use any facilities, rather they enjoy fractional ownership on all our buildings.
By providing shares in the company, renters are building equity without the need to qualify for a mortgage or have a down payment to get into a beneficial housing situation.
