RISHIKESH, India - Nov. 29, 2019 - PRLog -- Supta Baddha Konasana: Lie down on your yoga mat or bed with your legs extended outwards and your hands resting beside you. Now bend your knees of your legs and bring the soles of your feet together. Be comfortable and relaxed your shoulder a bit. Stretch your hands outwards and keep breathing. Hold this position for a few seconds and release.
Benefits: This pose is best to relieve from symptoms of stress and mild depression. It calms your nervous system, increases blood circulation, and helpful in curing insomnia.

Balasana:  come down on your four, sit down comfortably your knees bend and hips firmly placed on your heels of the feet. Now stretch your hands outwards and turn forwards slowly. Place your hand in front of you in the line of your knees. Your upper torso should be resting on your knees, and your chin should touch the ground and relax.
Benefits: One of the best relaxing pose. It stretches your entire back muscle and relieves them from any strain.

Viparita Kara: Lie down on your yoga mat comfortably close to the wall. Now place your leg conveniently resting on the wall. Your legs should make a 90-degree angle, and your back and head should be in a perfect relaxing position. Place your hands beside you and keep breathing to calm your nerves.
Benefits: It increases blood circulation in your body and soothes your swollen feet. Also, it stretches your hamstrings. Also, it works wonder for insomnia, anxiety, and stress.

Paschimottanasana: Sit down on your yoga mat with your legs stretched in front of you and hands resting beside you. Now take a deep breath and stretch your hands upwards and straighten your back. While exhaling bend forward and try to touch your toes with your hands. Your nose should touch your knees. Hold this position for a few seconds then release.
Benefits: When it comes to stretching your lower body then this asana is best, It stretches your back, hips, and hamstring.

Savasana: Lie down on your back and place your hands and toes fall on the sides of your yoga mat. Keep your eyes closed and breath. Allow your body to relaxed, let your mind to be free from any thoughts, and let your breathing comes naturally.
