The first 3D printed watch case designed by Humans and Artificial Intelligence

AUSTIN, Texas - Nov. 27, 2019 - PRLog -- Leahy Industries has created the world's first wrist watch that was designed in a joint effort between human engineers and artificial intelligence. The shape of the design looks almost biological in shape. The process of having Ai develop a part starts with the Engineer defining the problem for the Ai. The engineer will use 3D modeling, various forces, and materials to help the Ai understand how strong the part must be. The Ai will use these inputs to then develop a vast number of solutions. The Engineer will then review the list of solutions and select the best once for final processing.
Due to the organic shape of the structure traditional manufacturing methods are unable to produce this component. The part will be manufactured using metal 3D printers in the USA.This fits into our efforts in producing a bleeding edge watch that is entirely manufactured in the USA. We expect to launch this watch to be complete in Q4 2020.
