Beacon Lake Welcomes Hundreds to Tapas & Tours Progressive Luncheon

ST. JOHNS, Fla. - Nov. 25, 2019 - PRLog -- More than 150 special guests recently attended the Tapas & Tours luncheon and community tour at Beacon Lake, the popular lakefront lifestyle community in northern St. Johns County.

An award-winning event, Tapas & Tours set the course for guests to learn about the community and experience its unique lifestyle. At Beacon Lake, Dream Finders Homes and Mattamy Homes are building coastal-inspired single-family homes featuring welcoming front porches and open floor plans. Dream Finders also is building luxury townhomes at Beacon Lake.

Tapas & Tours opened at the Lake House – Beacon Lake's Amenity and Fitness Center, where guests enjoyed a gourmet tapas luncheon featuring seasonal ingredients, meeting community residents and the developer, and learning first-hand about the community's current and future plans. Complimentary shuttles carried guests to Mattamy and Dream Finders' five beautifully decorated model homes showcasing the latest in home design trends. The festivities included live music, giveaways and prize drawings, including a grand prize Royal Caribbean Cruise for two to the Bahamas.
