"While Nashville, with all its growth, is an amazing community that we are lucky to call home," said Chairman and CEO Mark Spain. "It's also important to us to be involved within the local communities we serve. Getting involved and giving back with the Nashville Rescue Mission has opened my eyes to the needs in our community. This valuable organization provides those in need with necessities that many of us take for granted on a day-to-day basis."
Spain explained the Nashville Rescue Mission is a faith-based organization having a profound impact on aiding the area's homeless in all areas of their lives. As a big believer in leading with a servant's heart, Spain could see the parallels of his life and business philosophy with Nashville Rescue Mission's work.

Its goal is to raise enough funding during the Radiothon for 44,000 meals. It has partnered with Super Talk 99.7 WTN to host the 14-hour, on air fundraising event. Mark Spain will make appearances during the 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. hours of the Radiothon.
