Chelmsford Private Hire Taxi Company Uses Advanced Technology to Grow Their Fleet to a Record 100 Cars

CHELMSFORD, U.K. - Nov. 20, 2019 - PRLog -- Today at the Happicabs head office, Chelmsford's premier private hire company, announced that their fleet of private hire cars has now reached 100. The number of cars that the private hire taxi firm now operates has grown significantly.

Managing Director Umar Hussain and his team are using advanced technology and systems to aid in the company's incredible growth.

Happicabs operates in The City of Chelmsford and Maldon, Stansted and South Woodham Ferrers towns.

Happicabs was founded by Managing Director Umar Hussain at the age of 20, almost ten years ago. He has taken the concept of the older style smoke filled cab booking offices and car radios to a completely new level.

We Asked Umar Today How He Has Built His Private Hire Taxi Firm to Hit a Record 100 Cars

"I left school with little or no qualifications and my schoolteacher said I would amount to nothing. There was one thing that I loved and that was computers. I always loved tech and knew that it would shape the future. I have used advanced booking systems technologies to grow my business. I also brought the first Taxicab App to the area and this has helped us to reach 100 operational cars.

I have just returned from another tech meeting today. I can tell you that I am very excited about another new system that I have seen, and I am considering launching it in Chelmsford in 2020. I have used technology so effectively, that I have reduced staff overhead and operational costs by 27% and in the process streamlined my booking systems and customer experience.

It really is quite incredible how far we have come and how much more we can do.

We are currently in talks with another private hire taxi firm and we are looking to make our fifth acquisition expanding the Happicabs brand into new Essex areas."
