Central Bank Selects Meghann Olds As Human Resources Director

Olds, working out of the bank's Tampa corporate branch, will be responsible for all HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, benefits and employee relations.
Olds has a varied HR background, with experience in both the financial and manufacturing industries. She began her career in 2007 with a large national bank, working as an HR generalist and recruiting in financial retail, involving tellers, personal bankers, licensed bankers and retail marketing managers, in addition to recruiting financial advisors, and mortgage and loan officers. She also handled HR for an architectural metals manufacturer and a manufacturing executive search firm.
"Meghann has an extensive background in the human resources and talent recruiting industry," Thompson reported. "As Central Bank grows, we need a person with Meghann's expertise to help identify and recruit employees who will embraced our strong customer-oriented culture for our community bank."
