-- Just in time for the start of the holiday season, Rook Coffee announces a new Limited Reserve coffee. Limited Reserve Antigua was hand selected by Rook Coffee's Lead Roaster, Alex Bahamonde, while in Antigua, Guatemala earlier this year. In search of a special coffee to feature leading into Thanksgiving, Alex hand sourced this specific varietal which boasts bright notes of honey, pear, and orange zest. This special release will be available for a limited time only by the bag starting Wednesday, November 13th at all Rook locations and online.
This release marks the third consecutive year of exclusive Limited Reserve launches for the brand. The coffees in this program are the result of an intensive selection process and meticulous harvesting, processing, roasting, and packaging. "While all of our coffees qualify as Specialty Grade
, the coffees featured as Limited Reserves take it a step further," says Director, Brand Strategy, Marc Hindman. "We often hand-select these coffees at origin from crops that are so exclusive there simply isn't enough to sell by the cup. That is the case with the release of Antigua, so we are featuring it in a beautifully designed Limited Reserve 12oz. bag."
