Co-Chairs: Award-Winning Producer and Director Rob & Shaun Hardy Honorees: Trailblazer Award: Jasmine Crowe - Launched Goodr a food waste management company. Goodr is a food rescue app that connects businesses with local charities to arrange for deliveries of leftovers to people in need. The company uses blockchain technology to keep data ledger for clients to track their food waste and know where they can save money. Champion For Justice Award - Brian Banks, Life Coach, and Public Speaker. Brian Banks is an inspirational speaker and subject of a biopic. As a high school football star, he was falsely accused of rape and spent nearly six years in prison and five years on parole. His conviction was overturned in 2012 after his accuser confessed to lying. He signed with the Atlanta Falcons in 2013. President's Award - Congressman Lucy McBath. McBath spent 30 years as a Delta Air Lines Flight Attendant until the death of her son Jordan Davis. In 2012 Jordan was shot and killed and what has been called the "Loud Music Shooting. She turned to activism. She has dedicated her life to preventing other families from experiencing the same tragedy as she did. Fifth Third Bank Theme: A Legacy of Achievement: Comedian Jonathan Slocum will serve is emcee.
