Regent Surgical Health Strengthens Leadership Team to Accelerate Growth

Beth Johnson, RN, BS, joins Regent as Senior Vice President. She is charged with operations oversight of a portfolio of centers. She leverages her experience as former CEO of the Medical Center at Elizabeth Place (MCEP) in Dayton, Ohio, and maintains a passion for developing high-performing teams, clinical excellence and delivering bottom line profitability. Prior to leading MCEP, Johnson was a founding partner of Blue-Chip Surgical Center Partners where she developed the clinical and regulatory arm of the business. Over a 10-year period, she was instrumental in the creation and ongoing operation of many outpatient spine and multi-disciplinary surgery centers across the United States.

Alexandra Reyes, MHA, BSN, RN, serves as Vice President of Operations for Regent's Northeast region. She has proven success leading multiple ambulatory surgery centers, growing volume, and managing physician relations. In her role, she leverages deep experience including general management, volume growth, strategic planning, physician partnership management, performance improvement and expense control.

Erin Petrie, MBA, CSSGB, PMP, has successfully grown Regent Revenue Cycle Management, an independent division of Regent Surgical Health. Recently promoted to Vice President, Petrie develops and leads Regent RCM's team of revenue cycle specialists while identifying and delivering solutions that consistently outperform industry benchmarks and Regent RCM's own gold standards.
