Founder Dominic Frisina draws upon a unique technical background in representing clients which stems from work as a chemist spanning several industries including combinatorial chemistry, materials science, and biochemistry. He has a high degree of sophistication in intellectual property law which lends confidence to clients receiving  counseling, acquiring IP assets, and enforcing IP rights. He adds breadth to the practice through broad technological expertise developed through industrial experience, and through practical business experience representing start-up organizations. He has built and managed patent portfolios spanning a wide technical range from medical imaging instruments, to marijuana testing, to locomotive regenerative braking systems.
