Jonathan Dicent named Business Intermediary at the NYBB Group

MELVILLE, N.Y. - Nov. 4, 2019 - PRLog -- The NYBB Group is proud to announce that Jonathan Dicent has joined the firm as a Business Intermediary.  Jonathan will advise business owners on matters relating to mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and exit planning.

Jonathan brings energy, passion, and financial services experience to his new role.

Jonathan was most recently affiliated with Merrill Lynch as a financial advisor.  During his successful time at Merrill Lynch, he helped entrepreneurs and privately held businesses manage their investments, retirement funds, and efficiently manage their cashflow .

Jonathan was born and raised in Queens, New York.  He is the proud father of a four year old boy and had worked in the business his father managed since adolescence. That experience is what fuels his passion for helping other small business owners. He is also a graduate of Queens College, where he majored in Sociology. After college he's held various positions in the financial services sector, primarily in banking, at household names such as Santander Bank and J.P. Morgan Chase where he obtained and held various FINRA securities licenses.

Jonathan joins The NYBB Group to continue its 16-year history of advising clients in the lower middle market.  More specifically, Jonathan will work as a business intermediary for the firm.  In this capacity, he will work with clients looking to buy, merge, or sell their business.  Soon Jonathan will expect to begin the process of obtaining his Certified Business Intermediary designation from the IBBA, one of the top designations for Business Intermediaries/M&A Advisors.
