Pumpkin Crab Cake Sushi and Fire Roasted Cocktails Are Just Two Reasons to Head to the Godfrey

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. - Oct. 31, 2019 - PRLog -- Fall is here, and with the changing of the season comes autumn inspired cocktails and cuisine. WTR Pool & Grill's Executive Chef Joe Garcia has unveiled a holiday menu guaranteed to spice things up.

One of the most interesting dishes on the seasonal menu is the Pumpkin Crab Cake Sushi Roll made with jumbo lump blue crab, pumpkin, spices, herbs, panko bread crumbs and a pumpkin miso glaze. For dessert, Chef is featuring a delicious Pumpkin Mousse. Both items will conveniently be offered through Thanksgiving.

The Chef has also designed newer items that will satisfy those holiday cravings. The 12 oz Center Cut Ribeye is topped with jumbo lump blue crab, hollandaise, and tri-color parmesan truffle potatoes. The Kona Style 10 oz Prime Top Sirloin is served with grilled pineapple and Kona sauce, on a bed of house garlic mashed potatoes. The Lemon Pesto Parmesan Chicken is crusted with parmesan and pecorino, and topped with a lemon butter sauce and garlic basil pesto. Each of these entres is served with house garlic mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

On the cocktail menu, the waterfront resort is featuring five seasonal craft cocktails. The La Fresa, Spicy Chihuahua, and Thee Empress, Nibbs Brew, and a signature Ol' Smokey.
