The Signorelli Company Hires Lacee Wilke as New Retail/Commercial Associate

THE WOODLANDS, Texas - Oct. 31, 2019 - PRLog -- The Signorelli Company is pleased to announce that well-regarded industry professional, Lacee Wilke has joined their team as Retail/Commercial Associate.

In this role, Lacee will be working with both the Retail and Commercial Divisions of The Signorelli Company. She will be responsible for leasing assets in Texas and Oklahoma, including opportunities in Valley Ranch Town Center, a 240-acre commercial development with over 1.5 million square feet of retail and mixed-use in the 1,400-acre master-planned community of Valley Ranch.

Lacee joins the team from her previous role as Leasing Associate of Retail Services with Transwestern, a Houston-based real estate firm. She brings with her demonstrated experience in retail consulting, market research, and leasing for robust portfolios.

Lacee joins a solid team of players including Senior Vice President of Retail, Jeff Harrison, Senior Vice President of Commercial, Kevin Layne, Vice President of Commercial, Jay Young, and Vice President of Retail, Brody Farris.
