Dr. Kremer is a board certified pediatrician with Esse Health Hazelwood Florissant Pediatrics. The award is given annually to practitioners who make extraordinary efforts to provide quality pediatric care and clinical excellence to Home State Health members. Dr. Kremer was recognized for personally reaching out to his Home State Health patients and encouraging them to come in for annual visits.
