Villas de la Cascada added to Sapphire Managed Portfolio

NEW YORK - Oct. 30, 2019 - PRLog -- Sapphire Partners, in partnership with DJE Texas Management Group, has added a 268 unit multifamily community in San Antonio, TX named Villas de la Cascada ("Villas") into its managed portfolio. The property, originally built in the 1984 with additional units added in 2017, serves the western corridor of Greater San Antonio and is positioned as a value-add investment for the sponsors.

DJE recognized Villas as a strong cash-flowing deal from the start, with additional room for improvement and investment upside with the renovation of vintage units, as well as adding some needed care to the exterior of the property. In the coming months, Sapphire will oversee the transition of the property as it welcomes the new changes.

Sapphire's managed portfolio consists of primarily multifamily investments owned by sponsors across the continental United States. Sapphire provides asset management oversight and partnership to these sponsors to alleviate the otherwise large on-going efforts required in proper upkeep and improvement.
