AFEA Expands by Adding Chapter in Chandler, AZ

CHANDLER, Ariz. - Oct. 28, 2019 - PRLog -- The American Financial Education Alliance (AFEA) is dedicated to providing financial education and increasing financial literacy within communities all over the country. Today, the Board of Directors has chosen to continue to do just that, by unanimously voting Bill Richardson as the new Chapter President of AFEA's Chandler, AZ #4730 chapter.
Geoffrey Johnson began his professional career as a financial advisor for one of Wall Streets largest brokerage firms over 30 years ago. He is the founder and president of Wealth Management Resources (WMR) and Wealth Management Advisors (WMA). For over 10 years, WMR has provided financial services for hundreds of clients throughout Arizona. The company's fundamental philosophy is to provide personalized service with a key focus on protecting the hard-earned retirement savings of our clients.
Originally from South Dakota, Geoffrey moved to Arizona as a child with his parents in 1968. He attended high school in Scottsdale and majored in accounting at Arizona State University. He currently lives in Gilbert and has a son attending college in Colorado. His brother, sister and nieces all live close by and are a major part of his life. His mother lived close by for many years and passed away at 91 years old in October 2012.
When he is not at the office, Geoffrey enjoys working out, traveling, and playing and listening to music. As time permits, he volunteers and supports several charities and foundations throughout the year.
