Newly rebranded Wind & Water Center increases scope of offerings
A new resource for virtual learning available for Feng Shui and other topics
MINNEAPOLIS - Oct. 24, 2019 - PRLog -- You'll be able to visit one site to find classes on a variety of alternative personal learning topics with the expanding catalog at the Wind & Water Center. Previously the Wind & Water School of Feng Shui, the new site currently has 11 classes, eight of which are Feng Shui. With new classes being released quarterly, and partnership discussions with other alternative topic experts, the catalog offerings are expected to increase quickly.
"We're planning a robust catalog with a variety of offerings," said Carole J. Hyder, founder and partner. "We know that students want to take classes on their own time and in their own space. This expansion will offer a one-stop-shop for people expanding their personal interests, including both individual classes and larger programs."
"There are many places you can go for a virtual business classes," said Lisa Janusz, partner. "But there really isn't any one place you can go for alternative learning. If you want to take a class on Feng Shui, one on the I-Ching and one on energy work, you'll have to go to different sites. As we continue to expand, you'll be able to visit just one, the Wind & Water Center, to explore classes on a variety of topics."
Professional Feng Shui training is where the Wind & Water Center began. For more than 20 years, the School offered Feng Shui classes and training. Founded by Carole J. Hyder in 1998, the School was based out of Minneapolis, MN. Although the majority of students were within the Twin Cities area, the School hosted students internationally for its comprehensive professional training. In recent years, the School has seen an increase in interest for virtual and online offerings which prompted a new direction.
"Even though students have travelled to Minnesota for our classes and programs, it was time to consider how we could make a bigger impact nationally, and potentially internationally. As technology advances, where you live no longer becomes an issue for learning. And we've seen that through not only the market, but also an increased interest in our virtual programs. As we started growing, my business partner Lisa Janusz and I were prompted to reevaluate our direction. Ultimately, we knew we had to push ourselves and our business to expand beyond Feng Shui," Carole said.
