In the long term the inexperience of the interns is polished with these internships, teaches lessons for better management, time management, and organisation, and helps them explore their professional side. These internships not only mark an impact in their resumes but also a long term impact on their lives both personally and professionally.
Every consecutive year Lakshyam host successful internship programmes for Fortune Institute of International Business (FIIB).

Lakshyam, is a foundation initiated in 2012 by a young social entrepreneur Ms. Raashi Aanand with a simple motto to furnish kids the gift of education, also providing skill financial training to women. Since its inception Lakshyam has a motto to work for underprivileged children. It has three successful programs under its flagship. Firstly, Butterfly - Child development programme working for the holistic and overall development of the kids. Secondly, Rooh – Awakening Women's Soul solely dedicates to women development and empowerment. Thirdly, Lakshyam Toy Library said to be the "Heart and Soul" of the organisation aims to provide toys to kids to preserve their childhood innocence. On the other hand, Fortune Institute of International Business, 1995, in over more than 20 years of its inception FIIB has stood true to its vision, mission, and aims. It strives to provide its students with world-class facilities and globally aimed management studies. It challenges its students to explore their maximum potential also, providing them with opportunities that'll help them in future prospective.

This year marks the third consecutive year of successful internship programme hosted by Lakshyam for FIIB students. The internship period was a combination of both field as well as office work. Students were given work ranging from conducting surveys, collecting first-hand information, analysing them. The interns worked upon the flagship projects of the organisation. Followed by visiting the centres to tag along with the kids, clicking pics, teaching them maths, English, Hindi, computer, dancing. Spend some time with them, to understand how exactly the centres work in practical reality. Also, understood the process of Project Rooh how women under this particular programme are empowered and made independent. Thereby, helping them in future prospects when they seek to get exposed to the corporate world.

To conclude, the endeavour on the part of FIIB is given practical justice by Lakshyam by giving meticulous training, teaching to these young, amateur students to learn and conceal these experiences in their minds forever, along with the certificates provided.
