Globaltex USA Fine Lines Awarded At Inc. 5000 Conference & Gala
By: Globaltex Fine Linens
The conference culminates in a black-tie gala with all current and past Inc. 5000 honorees and entrepreneurs and business leaders from all industries and company sizes. The conference was held October 10-12 in Arizona at the JW Marriott Phoenix and hosted by movie star, Ken Jeong. There was an unprecedented line-up of business experts from companies, high-level keynotes, and camaraderie of like-minded peers.
Hope Your Business Has Problems
Billionaire serial entrepreneur and GoDaddy founder Bob Parsons gave the Keynote speech and shared what he's learned from running numerous companies.
"Treasure your problems."
"When you get bad news, that's your opportunity to shine," he said. "Any knucklehead can handle the good times, but how you handle the bad times--that's when your measure's taken, and that will determine how successful you will be."
Parsons also shared other lessons he's learned over his many years in business. In response to a question about how to hire great employees, Parsons said he looks for enthusiastic, self-taught people who want to make a difference. "the thing that I put far more emphasis on is--I don't know any other way to describe it--but a light in their eyes."
