Ms. Hardcastle partnered with Rebecca Jackson and Lourdes Martin in the spring of 2019 to design a program that puts a strong emphasis on storytelling, brand positioning, placemaking, and experience design to transform properties into in-demand destinations. Their goal is to help these brands create atmospheres and experiences that foster moments for connection, curiosity, culture, play, and self-discovery. "As avid travelers ourselves, we've been on the receiving end of some of the best experiences of the world... and some of the worst. The best are telling stories that evoke strong emotional responses from travelers."

Costly remodels are not part of their strategy, as the team helps hoteliers and property managers leverage the resources already at their disposal. The creative direction is more about establishing authentic touchpoints, memorable moments, and cultural, immersive offerings that foster guest transformation during their stay.
