Scottsdale Philharmonic announces November, December concerts

Date: Sunday, Nov. 24, 2019, 4-6 p.m.
Where: La Casa de Cristo Lutheran Church, 6300 E. Bell Rd., Scottsdale, 85254
Program: Haydn: Symphony No. 88 (Hoboken)
Cost: Free (VIP preferred seating available with a $15 donation)
Concert begins at 4 p.m. with doors open at 3. Plan to arrive early for the best seating.
Date: Sunday, Dec. 15, 2019
Where: Annual Holiday Concert sponsored by and held at the Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts, 7380 E. Second St., Scottsdale, 85251
Program: Holiday classics will be performed—sure to inspire goodwill for the holiday season.
Cost: Tickets are $5-$15 and available at https://scottsdaleperformingarts.org/
In addition, the Scottsdale Philharmonic's new Youth Orchestra will perform its first concert on Tuesday, Nov. 12, 7 p.m., at the New Vision Center, 18010 N. Tatum Blvd. in Phoenix. Founded in 2012, the Scottsdale Philharmonic is a non-profit with a mission statement of bringing free classical concerts to the community. The organization is funded by donations from patrons, grants and sponsors.
