This is a pure vegan tapas, a trend in the culinary world at the moment. The tapas is called "La Dolores", mixing the Asian sweet and sour with the Spanish classic food ingredients. This tapas has been created to commemorate the 200 anniversary of the birth of the famous "La Dolores" from Calatayud, Spain. The life of "La Dolores" can be found in many theater plays, Operas and traditional Spanish folk songs.
