DOVER, Del. - Oct. 8, 2019 - PRLog -- The Delaware Friends of Folk Coffee House series continues on Saturday, October 19th in Dover. Returning to the Bennett Chapel at Wesley College stage will be local Dover duo Steffi & Tim as well as Dover area natives The Honey Badgers.

The duo of duos will be performing original works as well as several collaborations and cover songs. It is a night not to be missed. Both acts have previously performed at Delaware Friends of Folk events. Expect lots of harmonies, lots of heart, and maybe even a sing-along or two.

Steffi & Tim perform a mix of original music, jazz, world music, and singer/songwriter covers. With humble beginnings as university voice and trombone performance majors, respectively, Steffi and Tim have grown to perform beyond their formal training to please audiences across a spectrum of age, style, and venue. The Honey Badgers, comprised of Erin Magnin and Michael Natrin, are a perpetually touring contemporary folk duo bringing their distinctive harmonies and sincere Americana sound to stages across the east coast. Weaving their voices together over driving guitar, lonesome violin, and punchy harmonica, The Honey Badgers spin stories and songs about finding yourself, finding each other, and finding your way in the world.

The Delaware Friends of Folk coffee houses are family and community oriented events, focused on creating a listening room type environment. Doors open at 7:00 p.m. and music starts at 7:30 p.m. Coffee, tea, soft drinks, and sweet treats will be available. This program is made possible, in part, by a grant from the Delaware Division of the Arts, a state agency dedicated to nurturing and supporting the arts in Delaware.
