-- Ars Musica Chorale begins its 54th

by Henry Purcell, under the baton of newly appointed Music Director, Brian Mummert. The performance will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 26, 2019
, at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, Ridgewood, New Jersey.
Henry Purcell's Dido and Aeneas

, one of George Frideric Handel's Coronation Anthems
(1727), and accompanied by a Baroque instrumental ensemble using historical instruments that Purcell and Handel would have recognized. Encore Young Artists Heather Jones and Chad Kranak will perform the roles of Dido and Aeneas, and Laura Kosar will perform the roles of Belinda and the Sorceress. Other featured performers will include chorus members Allison Wamser, Daniella Ashbahian and Jason Weisinger.
