Thomas International Strengthens International Portfolio To Deliver Ambitious Growth Plans

MARLOW, U.K. - Oct. 8, 2019 - PRLog -- Thomas International, the leading provider of people assessment tools, has announced the acquisition of Team Services B.V. which, trading as Thomas International Nederland, is the exclusive distributor of Thomas International in the Netherlands.

Thomas International Nederland has a long-standing relationship as one of Thomas's distributors and has been trading for more than 45 years.  The business has been owned and managed by Boudewijn Thuis since 2007 and has thrived and grown under his leadership.  The approach of Thuis in the market has always been very innovative and forward thinking.  As such, the business has been at the forefront of adopting new ideas and implementing new tools.

The Dutch business adds to Thomas International's existing portfolio of owned businesses across Europe and expands its global operations to direct presence in 8 countries including Belgium, France, UK, South Africa, Australia, Hong Kong and Malaysia. Thomas continues its work with a global network of partners to ensure coverage (https://www.thomas.co/global-coverage) of all other regions.

The strengthening of the Thomas International portfolio supports its strategic ambitions to deliver accelerated growth globally and follows the investment made by Palamon Capital Partners in 2018 when they acquired a majority stake in the business. Thomas International's growth is being driven by the growing focus of SMEs on reducing staff recruitment and retention costs by making better hiring decisions, improving talent development, boosting staff engagement and increasing employee retention.
