Yacht Club Hotel Planned for West Palm Beach

MIAMI BEACH, Fla. - Oct. 7, 2019 - PRLog -- A combination yacht club and hotel at the Palm Harbor Marina is planned for West Palm Beach Florida.  Leisure resorts of Connecticut which operates the marina plans the 40-room boutique hotel at the waterfront site, across the street from the former city hall site adjacent to Waterview towers next to the Flagler Memorial Bridge.  The hotel would be taller than the 75 feet to allow a pool deck, air conditioning units and other mechanical equipment atop the structure.  The hotel will also including a spa, pool, fitness center, restaurant and lounge bar a top the hotel.  The hotel will also offer on-site parking and valet service and full service deep water marina that will be renovated, expanded and upgraded.
