Colliers International Tampa Bay grows capital markets platform with Paul Carr new hire

TAMPA, Fla. - Oct. 7, 2019 - PRLog -- Colliers International Tampa Bay has hired Paul Carr as Executive Managing Director, Investment Services. In his new role, Carr will focus on representing institutional and private investors in the acquisition and disposition of income-producing office properties along the west coast of Florida.

"With 15 years in capital markets and substantial experience in multiple product types, Paul is a great addition to our team," said Danny Rice, Managing Director and Market Leader for Colliers International Tampa Bay, Central & Southwest Florida.

During his career, Carr has been directly involved in commercial real estate sales totaling over $2.4 billion, including over 14 million square feet and $1.5 billion of office and industrial sales throughout Florida. He has represented a wide range of private, institutional and corporate clients in his career.

Carr was most recently Senior Director in the capital markets group at Cushman & Wakefield. During his career, he has also worked in capital markets at Trammell Crow, CBRE, Cassidy Turley, DTZ and Northmarq Capital

Carr earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Florida. He also holds a Master of Finance from the University of Florida's Hough Graduate School of Business. He is a supporter of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tampa Bay
