Over 300 Industry Leaders, Students, Faculty Expected to Attend Second Annual Event at Columbia University's Faculty House

NEW YORK - Oct. 4, 2019 - PRLog -- Columbia University's Graduate Program in Sports Management today formally unveiled the lineup for its second annual sports business conference, which will be held at Columbia University's Faculty House on Friday, October 18 from 9 am to 4 pm.
A limited number of spots for media are available.
The lineup of industry executives will be led by a trio of keynote speakers including New York Islanders principal owner Jon Ledecky, Kathy Carter, Chief Revenue Officer - LA2028 and Jon Miller, President, Programming - NBC Sports & NBCSN.
In addition, the day will include networking opportunities and panel discussions on the topics of Sports Business Intelligence and Insights, Digital Strategy for the Globalization of Sports, How Brands Use Sports to Communicate with Their Consumers, The Continuing Evolution of Sports Media, Global Dreams: European Adventures in the US, Hot Topics: Name, Image and Likeness in Intercollegiate Athletics, and The Sports Betting Landscape and Team & League Leadership.
Speakers on the panels will include: NFL Media and Business Chief Operating Officer Hans Schroeder; John Kosner, President Kosner Media and former executive vice president, digital and print media for ESPN; Chief Content Officer, The Action Network Chad Millman; NYCFC CEO Brad Sims; NBA Executive Vice President, Digital Media Melissa Brenner; Head of U.S. Sports Marketing Anheuser-Busch InBev Nick Kelly; National Lacrosse League Deputy Commissioner Jessica Berman; and XFL New York Guardians President Janet Duch, among many others.

A limited number of tickets remain for the event, ranging from student rates from $49 to $99 to an industry rate of $199. The day includes panels, lunch, and networking.
